Processing Time
All sticker orders are processed within 2–4 business days after design approval and payment is received. Orders are not sent to production until artwork has been approved.
Production Time
Once approved, production typically takes 2–5 business days depending on order volume and current workload.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary based on location and selected delivery method. Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery preference. Any applicable handling fees will be included in your total.
Local Pickup (Optional – include if you offer it)
Local pickup is available at our shop. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Delays
While we strive to meet all timelines, 8393 Printing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can assist with filing a claim or resolving the issue.
